I just read the subjects of interest, and delete the rest. It is also a good

idea to have a separate e-mail address for these e-mails, so your normal e-mail

messages don't get lost in the shuffle...Hope this helps.....

Subject: how to manage list!

I'm new to list (and internet) and am finding list extremely helpful but

overwhelming. My husband is supportive of any dietary changes as we've seen

improvements but has commented that this has almost become a hobby. How do

others manage this onslaught of helpful e-mail and still go to bed at a

decent hour at night? Thanks for any suggestions

You should see " edit my membership " on the top left. Just change to

digest or no email, whichever you would prefer.
