Pam, I ususally try to get in about 60 to 100 grams of protien a day, and I

carry around a 34 oz sippee cup with me full of liquid at all times. I drink

at LEAST 2 of these a day, but more like 3 or more. I use liptons cold brew

with sweet and low, or just plain water. Hope this helps.
