Guest guest
> Greetings at the end of day three! We took milk out several months ago, > but Monday we took all of the other tasty stuff out, ha ha!. Yesterday > and today she is complaining of being cold, frequently. Is this a > coincidence or is something up with that? It can be because you removed the other things [by which I presume you mean gluten?]. When I eat foods that I am allergic to [including milk and wheat], the heightened systemic histamine response makes me feel warm, so if your daughter is feeling cold now, it can be because she just does not know what feeling " normal " is like. I would suggest you let her wear a sweater or long sleeves for several days until she adjusts. Also, how long before we should > expect to see some changes in her? I have seen nothing yet except she is > hungry constantly. This was my son's reaction to gfcf. He would eat ANYTHING [including inedible objects] for about three months. For my son, I thought it was him trying to regain his " high " and he would eat anything so he could feel that same way again. > Last question... I can't access msrobins website, can someone resend me the > url? Maybe it was down or I mistyped. We really need some good food here, HA > HA, and PLEASE feel free to email me privately or post on the list the BEST > FOODS to get and where to get them. Stuff like we used to eat! Here is my online foods and recipes section, I have Miss Roben linked here, along with several other online food suppliers and recipe sites.
