It can be because you removed the other things [by which I presume you

mean gluten?]. When I eat foods that I am allergic to [including milk

and wheat], the heightened systemic histamine response makes me feel

warm, so if your daughter is feeling cold now, it can be because she

just does not know what feeling " normal " is like. I would suggest you

let her wear a sweater or long sleeves for several days until she

adjusts.

Also, how long before we

should

This was my son's reaction to gfcf. He would eat ANYTHING [including

inedible objects] for about three months. For my son, I thought it

was him trying to regain his " high " and he would eat anything so he

could feel that same way again.
