Guest guest
Casein is actually present in all mammal milk (sheep, goat, humans, etc.) After discussions with we felt that we could never discourage a mom from breastfeeding since it has so many other benefits. We tell moms that yes there is casein present in their milk, but mom should be GFCF while breastfeeding. Mom being on the diet seems to help. Cara > Is casien in Breastmilk? If so, anyone know how much?
