good deals on clothes while we are shrinking...

i think i mentioned that i went to the salvation army thrift store

and the goodwill store on saturday, and got some awesome deals.

today i went back to the salvation army store to get a dress that i

had meant to get. on tues and weds at our store ladies clothes are

1/2 off. so my lovely new (to me) dress was $1.50. i decided this

is the way to go while i am shrinking (-105 pounds so far) -

inexpensive and when i am done with them, i will donate them to the

women's shelter.

if there are goodwill or salvation army thrift stores in your area,

you might want to check them out - usually they have pretty nice

things. all the dresses and skirts i bought the other day were $3

each. today i ended up with 2 since the one i wanted was on sale.

my hubby calls that " chick-enomics " but i call it smart.
