Hi ,

Even though I am slow in replying, I do want to say thanks to you for

posting your Reflections.

I've also been struggling with a bit of a regain - only about 10 pounds

- but it has been bothering me. I'll get so down about those 10 pounds

and completely discount the 225 that I've kept off for over a year.

You thanked the group for letting you vent. I just wanted you to know

that your venting has helped me put things into perspective. Many thanks.
