a) This sounds like allergy, though it could also be caused by virus.

B) No matter what your previous experience with doctors have been: I would go

to somebody specialising in allergic problems, and demand immediate attention.

c) The person who has done the most marvellously interesting work that I've

seen in the borderland between allergy and AD/HD, is Dr. ph Egger. He used

to work in London, but is presently at the Kinderklinik, Universität München.

It sounds to me as if you should, really, try to lay hand on some of his

articles.
