I'm dairy-free, meat-free and

have problems with eggs on their own but when using them in something

back on solid foods though :P You can do it egg and dairy free, trust me

:)

Elaine felt that one should at least eat eggs in some form, and fish

would be good, too. She was strongly against a vegan diet.

I know that in the first couple years I was on SCD, many, MANY of the

people who came to SCD were former vegetarians. In fact, my own mentor

was a practicing Buddhist, who severely struggled with the idea of eating

meat. Her teacher finally pointed out to her that by not eating meat, she

was damaging her chance at healing, and that that was bad, also. It took

her time to readjust to eating meat.
