Hi,

I tried posting from Hotmail but I couldn't! Anyway, the original

message that I posted was about my very slow weight loss--I'm 13

months post-op, down a total of 170lbs, but only 15 of it this yea--

ugh!

I've realized that I am an emotional eater and a grazer=--I snack a

little bit here and there while I am at home. I'm a full-time

graduate student, I have an almost 3 yr old who I stay home with

during the day then it's school at night. My eating habits suck and

I know I need to change that aspect now!

Does anyone know of any WLS eating plan, like a menu or something

like that? I'm bored with the foods that I eat and it's easy to eat

the bad stuff!
