Guest guest Posted February 12, 2010 Report Share Posted February 12, 2010 On a whim, I figured I'd check my chicken broth (I use that " Better than boullion " stuff to supplement my home-made chicken broth [as I can't seem to make chicken broth as fast as I use it up]), and I noticed that it has 1g of sugar per cup. Sigh. I'm near the end of day 2 of a planned 4 days of the intro diet. Is it time to dump all the food I've been cooking over the past few days and start the intro diet over, or this not that big of a deal?
