I use the GI prohealth starter too. I bought my first bottle in October ... I think I make quite a bit of yogut but it hardly looks like I've even put a dent in it. I plan to keep using it because I really love the yogurt. I use whole organic cow's milk and it comes out very thick and tasty. I DO use a ''heaping" 1/8 of a teaspoon

Laurie,I use the GI Pro health yogurt starter. I have to admit, though, this last bottle seems to be a finer powder and doesn't want to blend as well.Amelia
