Thank you Colleen - that was a huge help- I'm just so frustrated with

the millions of possibilities. I don't know what " full " is - I eat

but want to eat more but can't - that is about it. Maybe it is

mental and I, like you, are looking for the old " full feeling " and

just gonna have to realize, it's just not going to happen. I too am

curious about responses to the question of fatty food reactions. I

personally have no reaction at all, none, zilch, notta.

> About your weight loss...you sound on target to me. You know you

can't loss as much weight as someone who weights 100 lbs more than

you. I have heard it would take about a year to get to your goal

weight. Check out this web site http://clos.net/predict-wt-loss.htm

think you are really still hungry after you eat something or is it a

mental thing and you are not full? That's what I use to feel. I am

2 days shy of 2 months and up until recently I always thought I was

still hungry but came to terms, I just didn't feel 'full' like I use

to. Just a thought.
