Tom: the info I have is in paper form. I cannot post it. I obtained it

from the Idaho Medical Board. He lost his license to practice medicine

in Idaho for 2 years in 1999. Why, I dont know. I could not undertsnad

the legal mumbo jumbo and really didnt care at that point since I

decided to stay in NY and have my surgery.

This is the link to the Idaho Medical board site about his stipulation.

You can get the phone number there and call them yourself. As far as

him being under supervision at his last position, this info was told to

me by a friend who had surgery with him.
