I'm about the same amount out from my surgery. I also can't tolerate any of

the protein shakes. I have been including a protein bar some mornings if I'm

not planning a big meat dinner. I use the Dr. Atkins bars since they are low

carb. I went thru a period of nausea but that was a few weeks ago and now

I'm doing great again! Try a couple soda crackers first thing in the

morning...it helped me!!
