Chelation can cause system upset like this, and my son has not been

chelated, so I cannot comment on that issue at all.

However, before trying melatonin or clonidine for sleep issues, I

would recommend you consider high phenol issues. What you describe

for your child sounds exactly like my son before I removed the highly

phenolic foods from his diet. Here is more information on that.

One comment, do not just stop the Clonidine, taper off. It is a blood

pressure medication and if you just stop it, your child's blood

pressure can do strange things. Here is more information on that.
