Jen,

For the fruit snacks, you could use Gerber Graduates Fruit Snacks.

They only have natural colors in them.

I've been thinking about the goldfish sub. What about making some

crouton-like snacks out of GFCF bread? You could cut bread into

small squares and toss with oil, soy sauce, garlic salt, whatever,

then bake. You could use a chex mix recipe for a guide. I haven't

tried this yet, but it's just a thought. I know some can use cheese

subs for fake cheese crackers, but I can't because my son is allergic

to soy, so I may try to make snack crackers for him like this using a

mock soy sauce.
