I just went to the Getting Started Pack at the gfcfdiet.com site and

here is the information of what you get. I was hesistant to pay for

the Feingold program for awhile, but I must say it was well worth it.

If I had to do it over, I would have been better off buying the GFCF

starting pack. So if someone is new and overwhelmed, this would be

worth looking into. I know I blew at least that much money buying the

wrong stuff. Just my opinion. .
