Hi Joyce,

Was wondering if you ever tried to freeze or refrigerate pancakes from this

recipe?? How do they turn out?? Ever tried to make waffles out of it? Thanks

for your help and the recipe. I have a few friends who are avoiding eggs, I am

wondering if your recipe may work as only one egg is required--maybe it would

tolerate a substitute better. We will see. Thank you,
