measure yourself. At www.markellshoe.com there's a .pdf with a

sizing chart. Make sure it's at 100% and print it. Then measure the

foot against that template. heel to heel the bar should be shoulder

width. Measure the shoulders. If it's 6 " order an 8 " bar or ask for

the red fillauer adjustable bar.
