Best place to find Markells?

I got the Rx for the Markells and DBB, but now can't find anyplace to order them

from (at

least not before the new year.) We're hoping to get them ordered before Jan 1

so as to abuse

the little insurance benefit we do have--you know, use 2005's benefit first, if

possible!!

I called Markell and the guy only gave me two locations, one without a phone

number, and I

cannot locate it, so I called the other place, and the person who measures is

out of town until

Jan 2.

Any ideas how to obtain a list of retailers? I think I may just have to call

back and beg for a

list!!
