Guest guest
Breads for me are giving me HORRIBLE gas>>>> AJ......that will pass with time! Used to give me lots of gas too but now I can eat a sandwich with no problem. I have discovered also that whole wheat bread, for me, works better than white bread (where gas is concerned) Judie Re: Odds & Ends > In a message dated 9/3/01 7:31:27 PM Pacific Daylight Time, chey2u2@... > writes: > > > > I do not think I am lactose intolerant. Guest guest
Cynce, I can eat peppers with no problem but milk will do me in so I avoid it at all times. Im not a milk drinker either. I used to add it to my frappe mix but now I just use ice and water in the blender. I love onions but they give me heart burn sometimes. A little broccoli is ok.....cabbage is OUT LOL And I dont like ice cream anymore so thats out too. Yogurt is ok sometimes but Im not a yogurt fan..... Guest guest
It always seems to happen at night. In the morning is all goes away until after dinner. Am I freak or what? >>> Not at all Cynce.....lay off the onions and green peppers and see what happens. I used to get gas really bad in the late afternoon and it would run all the way to midnight or so.......I would fart up like you wouldnt believe! And they were looooooooonnnnnnnnnnggggggg farts too! You might want to go to Wal Mart and get some Fiber Choice....that seems to work well for some! (gets rid of the smell too) Hugs, Judie
