HI ,

I am not sure what you are referring to when you say your messages are so wide. If you are in the group site they will take up almost the whole screen. If it is when you are reading your email it maybe something with your computer settings you can control the size of your window when you open an email. Maybe you are maximizing it when you open up your email. Try clicking on the middle box next to the X in the corner of your email and that should make your window smaller if that is the case. Otherwise I am not sure what is the problem.
