Not for one second do I regret having had the surgery. My life has

changed so much for the better. I can do so much more at 163 than I

could at 315. I ran and completed a half marathon. I have so much

energy. The list could go on forever: holding my grandbabies on my

lap. fitting in a size 10/12 jeans, etc etc etc.

Being 3 years out, I can eat more than I could post op and thats

actually a scary thing as Ive regained 13 pounds. So you wont always

be so limited.
