Guest guest
Here is an easy brownie recipe that is a huge hit at my house. Even my gluten full friends love it. The original recipe came from my friend Amy . Melt 1/2 cup gfcf margarine in a sauce pan. Remove from heat. Add 3 Table spoons Hershey cocoa and 1 Table spoon oil. Mix. Add 1 cup vanilla sugar (sugar with vanilla bean stored in the container) or you can use 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix. Add 2 eggs and mix. Add 1 1/2 cups sorghum blend** (my blend is 2 cups sorghum flour, 2/3 cup arrowroot, 1/3 cup tapioca flour) and mix. Don't know why, but sometimes the batter is pourable, sometimes the batter is spreadable. Anyhow, bake at 350* in a 8x8 greased brownie pan for 30 minutes. Enjoy!!!
