Agreed. I spent 25 years trying every gut diet known to humankind. SCD

was the only one which made sense in the long term, and which didn't ask

me to buy a million specialized products to succeed.

If I seem abrupt about some of these " alternatives, " it may be

because I volunteer 40-60 hours a week for SCD. The idea that someone

would get $1000 for an email consultation is appalling to me.
