Guest guest
Marilyn I have seen your correspondence on these boards about this subject with other people. Of course you have a right to make your point but I would politely suggest you must allow others to make theirs. Bifidobacterium are normal inhabitants of the GI tract. If people get sick from taking them then perhaps they have Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO) for which they can be tested for. And if they do have SIBO then they would then be advised to deal with that issue. If on the other hand someone is deficient in bifidobacterium, as in my case, they could also become very sick. One of the most researched and successful probiotics is Align which is B.Infantis. Read the reviews for it on Amazon for it, so many people get great benefit for it. In fact only tonight I was talking to someone who had horrible digestive issues for several years and they are all now resolved due solely to taking Align. There are many places to see good reports for taking Bifidobacterium, one of which is here http://www.probiotics-lovethatbug.com/bifidobacterium.html Many people here get sick from eating yoghurt and cannot tolerate it………………………….but that isn’t illegal, in fact quite the opposite. I was merely pointing out to Ozgur that he should weigh up the options for himself and then decide. Regards Steve
