Guest guest
Just wondering why dripped yogurt is so easy to tolerate (I can eat as much as I want) but I can't eat a drop of the non-dripped yogurt without feeling terrible head-to-toe. Does anyone understand this? I read something somewhere about it being more difficult on your liver if it isn't dripped. Do I need to be concerned that my liver is weak? Or is it just a whey sensitivity? I also read that it is more acidic if it isn't dripped. Does that make it easier to digest? I thought I was dripping out some of the probiotics, but I can eat as much almond yogurt as I want and take 2 SCDolphilus pills without any side effects at all. Thanks!
