Guest guest
Oh my. I don't have this problem. Mine is the opposite, I am surprised when I finally get mine although it is more consistent now then before surgery. I have at least had a couple of periods since surgery. I wish I knew what to tell you. Has your doctor considered changing your birth control pills? Lori Owen - Denton, Texas SRVG 7/16/01 Dr. Ritter/Dr. Bryce 479/335/??? Guest guest
, I have been going through both extremes lately. First, I was having 2/month back in 2000. (My surgery was 9/99) I never believed it had anything to do w/my surgery as I have always been like clockwork. Then we had a move and my Mom got cancer and died very quickly (unexpectedly) and before and during that time, I had 2/month at least. The doc. checked my blood and also for cancer and everything was okay. Then it only happened intermittently. Now I am moving yet again in one month, and during the past 2 months mine have been only one day long and resembling slightly colored water. NOTHING like they have been all my life. I am 46 and wondered about the beginning of menopause. My DH thinks it is just the stress. He has been working in another state for 8 months now so I am left in charge of kids, dog, and packing. He does come home monthly and works very hard when he does. Consequently, I have to wait and see for a few months. I have never taken birth control pills so I can't help you with that either. It sounds like your doctor has been thorough. Hopefully your body will get back in sinc soon. I am sorry I have no answers for you, just my experience. Good Luck, Diane LAP RNY 9/99 > I am having some problems with excessive menstrual bleeding. My period shows > up more that once a month.
