Gluten, through whatever source; grains, soap, shampoo, glue, etc. will cause

a reaction in minute doses. One bite is enough. For people with an

intolerance it seems to take less gluten to cause harmful reactions than

say a casein exposure. Some people don,t see full relief for their kids

until they identify non food sources too. Our son went through a five week

tantrum detoxing from gluten\casein. We began seeing large gains following

that. We have been exceedingly rigid in ensuring he doesn't get any other

exposure. This does require some fanatical measures at first. We threw out

or gave away everything not gfcf and started the whole house cold turkey

gfcf. (a grumpy bunch for a couple of weeks). Pepcid AC can help with

reducing harm from an infringement as well as Enzymaid product from Kirkmans

www.kirkmanlabs.com . It seems overwhelming at first but the results are

worth it with this diet. Our son is seven and I sure wish we had started

this diet sooner.

Good luck

In looking at what he ate, the wheat was minimal, as
