Sherry,

I am sure you are not posting with the intention of getting a bunch

of congrats, but you know what lady? You absolutely deserve our

congratulations. You took a very serious and scary decision in order

to improve your health and life, and it worked!!! You and all who

have gone before " we preops " , salute you and thank you for sharing

all your milestones.

Be proud and be grateful!

Sherry: I checked out your webpage -- you look fabulous!!!! What a

change from pre-op to now! You are absolutely glowing!!! You have

every right to be proud of yourself. I really must get up some recent

pics myself.. I can't wait to hit that 100 lbs lost mark! :)

Way to go! I bet you always got the 'oh, but you've got such a pretty

face' comments. Those really, really pissed me off. Like no one

could see that I could be pretty at any weight. You are looking so

great, girlfriend! :)

Sherry,

I hadn't seen under 200 in many years, so I understand how you feel. The day

that I saw the scale read below 200 I cried. My mother was with me and she

cried too. I had told my mother the day before surgery how my first big goal

was to see under 200. It was such a wonderful feeling to reach a goal I wasn't

able to get any other way for the last 10 years.

Congrats on your wonderful loss. You really look great!

Sherry,

I know how much this means to you, because I'm 13 pounds away from it

myself, and I keep looking longingly at that target. Good show, and

may your further descent into " loserdom " be swift and joyful.
