Valarie, I was sitting here going through my email and

someone had sent me this website that you can track

your daily water, exercise and food intake

(calories,fat, carbs,etc.). I signed up for it

because it is free.

They offer menu plans which include all the food

groups and you can modify and substitute someting that

you don't like. It is called www.sparkspeople.com and

I think you should check it out.>

On the web site www.sparkpeople.com you can click on the top and put don't show meal plans. It will remove the meal plan that is there.That will work the best for we who are post- ops. The meal plans are to high in carbs to work for us. That is the way I use mine.
