Guest guest
I am also pre-op at Fremont. I was given my goal weight at the Consult meeting with the surgeon; that was about 6 weeks after Orientation. He was flexible in choosing the highest documented weight from the past few months as the " starting " weight on which to calculate the 10%. This way any weight that you have lost recently counts toward the 10%. (Some other facilities seem to use your weight at the Orientation meeting.) Now you should have the binder full of WLS info, which answers a lot of questions. Which doctor led your group?
