Oh, I'd love to have that, too! Sorry I can't help you, .

pizza sauce QUICK?!!!

If anyone is out there that has a recipe on hand please send it ASAP. We had a

huge craving for REAL pizza for ourselves and now I must scramble to make one

gfcf for Dakota. F

Have no fear-I created one myself. I like a sweeter than traditional sauce

so bear that in mind.

I took a can of contadina tomato paste,added basil,oregano,salt,

pepper, garlic, onion powder and sugar. I thined it with a tiny bit of water

andthe rest was olive oil till I got the right consistency. Sorry I have no

measurments on the spices I just know it was about half tsp each except

probably two tsp basil and more like two T of sugar.

Then I took one cup of a gfcf french bread/pizza mix added an egg about 1/4

cup olive oil, about 3/8 of cup water,a Tsp sugar and tsp yeast. Mixed it

all up put the ball of dough on a corn flour surface and press it out to

about 1/4 inch thick. I spread a thin layer of olive oil on top. I let it

rise for about five minutes then I pre baked it for five minutes and took it

out. I filled it with some gfcf beef slices{buddig lunch meat} and used gfcf

mozzerella slices on top. fold it over pinch together{if you can-mine di not

stay pinched} and bake an additional ten minutes at 375. It was very

good-and Dakota ate it{of course he thought he was eating " Pizza " from the

box that came but it made him happy. Lis af
