Nan,

Do you have your approval in writing before. One reason you may be

in good shape is that you started the whole process before they

changed their policy. Therfore you are " grandfathered in " (excuse the

expression). I have yet to hear from anyone with BC of CA who

started the process after June 1st and has received approval.
