Guest guest
What amazes me most about this article is that while Vit D is essential to correct immune response, I know that the office I worked in had NO windows for natural lighting-- so we were under flourescents all day, in a room where the ceiling was blackened so that we didn't have the glare on our computer screens-- and all of us (125 people) dealt with depression of varying degrees, along with alot of autoimmune diseases. Is the reaction of the immune system to a lack of natural sunlight the reason that our bodies have found ways to circumvent the good Vit D from the reactive Vit D many of us have? Hmm, gonna have to do more research.... The research team found that T cells first search for vitamin D in order to activate and if they cannot find enough of it will not complete the activation process.* Note: the sender's email address has not been verified.
