Hello to all!

I am new to this list and I am in need of Insurance

advise please! My husband is in the military and our

insurance is Tricare Prime. I would like to have the

BPD/DS surgery! I know people have been approved to

have the RNY done, but I don't think that is the

surgery for me. I really would like to have the

surgery done by Dr Elariny. I have heard lots of good

things about him and his work. If anyone has had any

experience with getting approved though Tricare Prime

for this procedure I Could sure use some advise!!

Thank you!

Heidi

Hi, heidi,

I am a Federal Govt employee, and I got approved for surgery with Dr.

Elariny through GEHA/Alliance. Looks like they have paid about

$6,000 of his bills for about $8,000 as well as all but $500 of the

$20,500 hospital bill; plus, other bills like the anesthesiologist.
