It reacts like a lactose intolerance. Gas, bloating, diarrhea etc. Is there anything I can take that would counteract the intolerance? Hi -- have you considered that nasty RNY trick of having some meat tenderizer in a glass of water? the enzyme in the tenderizer might help get the chicken digested quicker-- some one posted about this trick a little while back.... Guest guest
Maalox usually causes loose stools unless you mean their anti diarrheal pills. Those are loperamide as is Imodium and other anti disrrhea products. in Seattle > In a message dated 9/19/2001 3:46:24 PM Pacific Daylight Time, > chey2u2@h... writes: > > Also try some of the diahrea meds...Kaopetate? Guest guest
I have half a can of soup for breakfast. Then mid morning I eat some meat.. sausage, bacon, or whatever I have with me or can find in the cafeteria. I did Medifast, Slim Fast, liquid protein and every other diet there is. I have not had the courage or desire to try these. But I did find some of Joy Frost's ideas quite tempting. I just want her to make it for me. LOL in Seattle > > One thing I have noticed is I tend to skip breakfast...i've never been a big > breakfast eater....Any ideas on a substitute? Guest guest
I never liked breakfast either. I eat cheese and crackers-because it is easy and I enjoy it. I also keep cooked shrimp and will eat 2 or 3 of those. Ellen
