experienceing the same problems as with dairy....I don'tseem to have any

problem with chicken...but I do with bread products...OMG....DO NOT leave the

house if ingesting any bread product...LOL

Hi -- have you considered that nasty RNY trick of having some

meat tenderizer in a glass of water? the enzyme in the tenderizer

might help get the chicken digested quicker-- some one posted about

this trick a little while back....

Maalox usually causes loose stools unless you mean their anti

diarrheal pills. Those are loperamide as is Imodium and other anti

disrrhea products.

I have half a can of soup for breakfast. Then mid morning I eat some

meat.. sausage, bacon, or whatever I have with me or can find in the

cafeteria.

I did Medifast, Slim Fast, liquid protein and every other diet there

is. I have not had the courage or desire to try these. But I did

find some of Joy Frost's ideas quite tempting. I just want her to

make it for me. LOL
