I think that your assumption that everyone is upset because they feel guilty

is a very large assumption on your behalf. I can guarantee that I feel no

guilt, but rather satisfaction that there are foods that my child tolereates

well and he can recieve as a treat. No, no guilt at all. Sorry to see that

you are not understanding the context of this whole situation, that is

really has nothing to do with what you say, but how you say it. That is the

offensive part.

Would it be stupid to break the ice and say Mc D's french fries are REALLY

REALLY fattening? 20 points for a large on Weight Watchers, My whole day

worth of food :)? Not that the kids need to worry, but to many dam negative

I know!! I snuck three or four out of his box earlier, and it totally

ruined my day thinking I had screwed up my never ending diet. So glad he

doesn't have to worry!!!

I was told by the Great Plains Lab that oats contain

gluten and not to use any wheat, oats, barley, or rye

at all. This was also reiterated by my son's

allergist, who is a DAN doc. So we do not use any of

them.
