Hi , I was told by several on the list here that you could, so I

did, and its fine.

I also freeze extra spices to keep them fresh, I went to Stop % Shop

yesterday and they have the McCormick garlics and all the types onions on

1/2 price sale this week so I bought 4 of each type and froze them. My

dad freezes his parmesean cheese too and uses it straight from the

freezer.

popsicles. Seems to work fine. Well, at least, my popsicle-deprived son

gobbles them down! A friend of mine who can use more food than we can also

adds gfcf vanilla and maple syrup to her concoctions before freezing.
