Guest guest
Today is exactly 7 weeks post-op and I am down 40 lbs! I thought since I have sent whiney messages, I would put a list together of all that has changed since surgery. 1. No more double chin! 2. I can sleep without waking up to having an arm all numb and tingly. 3. My feet don't ache anymore when I walk. 4. My skinny clothes are too big. 5. I haven't had an asthma attack since surgery. 6. I can play more with my kids by playing on the ground and being able to move around much easier. 7. The long walk from my car to my desk at work doesn't leave me breathless. 8. I can take the stairs with the rest of my co-workers. 9. My arms can hang straight down (mostly). 10. Mostly, I am happy to be on the other side and already enjoying my new life. Kathy M. I thought it was just me waking up with tingly, numb arms. -jen
