Guest guest
That's a good question, why do the legs feel so heavy. My right side is weaker than the left and I can't tell where my right foot is all the time. Jackie hello gang hi everyone! boy can i relate to the whole walking thing! my boys 11 and 12 get all embarassed because i ask them for a tow. i put my hand on one of thier shoulders. it is so hard to walk without my little helpers. does anyone know why the legs feel sooooo heavy? does anyone seem to have problems localized to one side of the body? jessica hope you have better luck with the infusions that happens to me all the time. when i was pregnant with my son i had severe hyperemises and was unable to keep a sip of water down. i had home ivs and all my veins collapsed and they had to put a central line in (not very fun)!!! i will pray for you ! try to put hot towels on your arms or hands before the nurse puts the pick in ,it helps the vein from infultrating (if this is even the right word!) lol! blessing for a pain free day. barb
Guest guest
My right side has always been worse than my left, too. It's usually the side with the most symptoms. Debbie T. Guest guest
I also have the heavy leg feeling. I walk w/a cane & sometimes a walker. I force myself to walk & do leg excercises so my legs don't atrophy. My advice is do a little everyday if possible. You'll find your legs get stronger. It might not cure the feeling but it will ease it.
