Guest guest Posted June 11, 2004 Report Share Posted June 11, 2004 YEAH, you could work out to tone a little but hanging skin will always be there.. i am not well portioned i have all my hanging skin in my tummy. but i am getting a tummy tuck in DEC. so i am one of the lucky ones..but hanging skin will happen unfortunately. Unfortunately, exercise will not tighten skin. The best benefit of exercising on your skin is that it fills you out more with shapely muscles. It is a wonderful, healthy look.
