I just did a search on the web for Slow Fe and found this:

Active Ingredients: in each tablet: Dried Ferrous Sulfate (160 mg)

Ferrous Sulfate is the wrong kind of iron, also it's in a timed release form. I

thought timed release meds or vitamins were no good to us RNY'rs as they pass

through our system too quickly. I'm hoping (Vitalady) will add her 2

cents here. :)
