Guest guest Posted May 18, 2003 Report Share Posted May 18, 2003 Pam ,first let me say this is only from me, as a tool to help with weight loss, i find that if i have my 1/2 sl of bread in the morning with breakfast ,i can burn it off during the day as i work and clean , and also keep from craving something i love, BREAD! second - great weight loss and as long as you think about what you are doing and how you are doing it ,you will suceed, YYYAAAA! for your loss, at 1 year and 2 months out i am thankful for my 122 lb. loss, and think about the food that goes in every minute, also ,i find that if i eat that 1/2 sl. i do not have constipation , anymore, Ethel Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
