,Try it. If you can tolerate it, it isn't a problem. Coconut oil is very good and yummy --try cooking apples in it! Sorry if you've talked about this but I can't find an answer. I'm in stage 1 and can't find info on using coconut milk or coconut flour. Any thouhts? I know coconut is a good fat and really long for some good fat in my diet. Thanks.
