Guest guest Posted February 6, 2010 Report Share Posted February 6, 2010 ,Try it. If you can tolerate it, it isn't a problem. Coconut oil is very good and yummy --try cooking apples in it! I would make your own coconut milk as most commercial ones have thickeners/gums in them.
