Guest guest
Honestly hon, get a second opinion. Ask yur friend who they have as their ob-gyn. Do NOT take a referral from your ob-gyn. Ask about fibroids, early menopause, endometriosis. Ask about a possible dilation and curettage to help. Ask about hormone-reulating therapy. For MANY women, the bleeding comes from small fibroids, benign tumors in the uterine muscle wall that are hormone-sensitive. The issue is though to be the fibroids in those cases, not the hormones. Keep asking questions. With the kind of surgery we have had (GB) we cannot afford anything that might bring us near anemia. Let us know how you do. Stay close.
