Guest guest
I fought this one myself, and lost everytime! Dehydration leads to the most severe pain throughout my entire body. My wonderful DC is the one who has helped me to get the perspective on this topic-- and I cannot begin to thank her enough. ANY electrolyte imbalance sends me into a pain cycle that will be weeks to get out from under- so I found that this was the easiest and least expensive fix-- and there are no side effects, drug interactions, or other "issues" (my incontinence even clears up when I get enough fluids-- my kidneys and bladder don't have to go into survival mode) so I'm a true advocate. The biggest source of inflammation is not infection, it's dehydration! Blessings to all, Tracie NS Co-owner/moderator PS. I'm still gone for the most part-- my lungs are full of fluid and even tho there is no infection-- my pft's show that I'm only getting 50% of two lung lobes working-- so it has me totally exhausted.
