I had upper and genio and I remember after surgery people had to

listen very closely to understand what I was saying. I had a hard

time pronouncing some words and I could not speak loudly. I

remember this well because I have kids with rooms all upstairs and I

could not yell to them when they were upstairs. I don't know if

this is the norm, but this was my experience.
