I also wanted to say to people plateauing...at 2 weeks I weighed at the doctors and I was down 22 pounds so between then and my 1 month I slowed from what I was originally dropping, I'm sure there were days of plateauing. Just important to keep up the good work, stay motivated, eat slowly, drink fluids, and remember that muscle weighs more than fat . > , congrats on the loss!!!!! That is fantastic!!!!
