Guest guest
I would dip the skin and smell of it. If it smells ok, taste it. It may have gotten to hot. If it seems ok, maybe keep that one separate for baking. I do mine stove top but I've had that problem trying to heat it too fast. I'd dip the skin off and strain it. Marilyn will know for sure--those are just my thoughts. I hate to waste it. Debbie houston cd >> I make yogurt in my convection oven, using Pyrex glass 'rounds' with a plastic-type lid, and various jars. This time, when I took them out of the oven, I found that one of the Pyrex lids had 'unsealed'. The yogurt was kind of 'dried' on top and has a yellowish tone to it. > > My question is, if I remove the dried 'skin', is the yogurt beneath it safe to eat??> > Thanks for your input.> > D> undiagnosed irritable bowel, bloat, etc. > carb intolerance> SCD since Aug 2008>
